We offer a 15-day return window, starting from the day your order is delivered. Requests submitted after this period may not be approved.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused and in its original condition
All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing packaging may be declined.

Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please check your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue efficiently.
Returns are not accepted for:
Customized or made-to-order products
Clearance or discounted items
Gift cards
Hazardous, flammable, or restricted materials

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order separately once the return is approved.
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must remain:
Unused
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
