Free delivery is available for orders of £300 or more within England only.
For deliveries to Scotland and Wales, standard shipping charges will apply. These charges are automatically calculated at checkout.
We do not deliver to the following postal codes and areas:
KW, ZE, HS, BT, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, and the Channel Islands.
If your delivery address falls within these regions, your order will not be processed and may be cancelled and refunded. We strongly recommend checking your postcode before placing an order.
Once your order is confirmed, our team will schedule delivery according to your availability. Customer satisfaction is our priority, so we strive to plan deliveries around your preferred time.

Important: Contacting us in advance helps avoid additional charges and ensures your delivery is rescheduled conveniently.
Standard deliveries are scheduled between 08:00 and 20:00 on working days. Weekend deliveries may be available in exceptional cases, with prior notification.
In-stock items are usually delivered within 7–10 working days. The normal delivery window may extend up to 4 weeks, while some deliveries may be delayed up to 10 weeks due to stock availability or other factors.
For urgent delivery requests, please call us with full order details and your preferred delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Multiple-item orders are delivered together once all items are in stock.
If the buyer is not present at the agreed delivery time, a failed delivery fee of £25 may apply, depending on the courier.
Carrying items upstairs: If a lift is unavailable, an additional charge of £10 per floor applies. This must be paid at the time of delivery.
“Carry Items Upstairs” refers to deliveries beyond the ground floor in apartments or multi-level homes.
The purchaser (end user) is responsible for accepting the goods within 5 days of delivery.
Once accepted, the goods cannot be refused unless a valid return or exchange request is made under our Return & Refund Policy.
